**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to oversee multi-salon retail operations across multiple locations. As a Senior Luxury Retail Operations Director, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing retail activities, leading teams, driving sales growth, and maintaining brand standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Retail Operations Management: Oversee and manage retail operations across multiple salon locations, ensuring consistent high-quality customer experiences and seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach, and mentor salon retail managers and their teams to achieve performance goals and maintain exceptional service standards.
  • Sales Growth & Customer Experience: Drive product sales, implement retail strategies, and build long-term customer loyalty by delivering personalized service and exceptional experiences.
  • Maintaining Brand Standards: Ensure each salon location reflects the luxury brand's identity through immaculate store presentation, visual merchandising, and a high-end customer journey.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management across all locations, ensuring optimal stock levels, timely replenishment, and accurate record-keeping.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ Years of Retail Experience: Proven experience in retail management, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or salon industry, with a track record of managing operations across multiple locations.
  • Luxury Retail Expertise: In-depth knowledge of retail operations, product sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer experience.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams to achieve common goals and maintain high standards.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyze sales data and identify trends, using insights to drive decisions and operational improvements.

**What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
