We are seeking a seasoned accounting professional to join our team as an Accounting Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for performing day-to-day accounting tasks, managing financial records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Transactions: Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

    • Bank Reconciliations: Regularly reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.

    • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

    • Tax Compliance: Ensure all tax obligations are met and assist in the preparation of tax returns and GST returns.

    • Audit Support: Assist in the preparation of documentation to support external and internal audits.

    • Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform various ad-hoc analysis and tasks as assigned by immediate superiors.

Requirements:

Experiences:

Candidates with a minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience and a Bachelor's degree in accounting or other professional accounting qualification are preferred.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel is required.
  • Experience in SAP, Xero, Tally accounting software is highly valued.
