Job Description">

We are seeking a multifaceted professional to manage various aspects of our organization, including hiring, human resources, office operations, and team support.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end hiring processes, managing employee onboarding, maintaining records, and coordinating payroll inputs. They will also oversee day-to-day office operations, ensure smooth workflow, and assist in employee engagement and retention activities.

In addition, the successful candidate will provide support during client shoots, manage props, crew arrangements, and client communication, as well as assist founders in tracking projects and following up with teams.

The role requires strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, with proficiency in English and Hindi. Experience in HR, Admin, or Operations, particularly in the creative industry, is preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, Admin, or Operations.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
