We are seeking an experienced technical professional to join our team as a Java Production Support Engineer. This role is ideal for individuals with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot who are passionate about solving real-time production issues while contributing to development efforts.

  • The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our production systems, working closely with the engineering team to develop solutions for customer-reported problems.">
  • They will use their technical and analytical skills to solve critical customer/field technical escalations, participating in daily scrum meetings to update the development team on ongoing escalation and status.">
  • The engineer will own highly technical customer escalations with clear expectations and timelines, reducing time to resolve product issues by fixing them as needed after root cause analysis.">
  • They will provide timely updates to issue reporting teams to improve overall customer satisfaction, working with the product management team to identify and implement backlog requirements that add value to the product.">

Key Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years' experience in technical product support type roles, preferably in escalations teams.">
  • Experience working as L3 escalation engineer taking care of complex customer issues.">
  • Software development experience using Java technologies, including good understanding and working experience of MySQL/MariaDB/RDBMS and database concepts.">
  • Good understanding and working experience of Microservice architecture environments on AWS.">
  • Passion, curiosity, integrity, and outstanding attention to detail while performing tasks, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.">
