Job Opportunity

Sapaad's unified commerce platform requires a skilled professional to deliver world-class software solutions for the food and beverage industry.

This role combines technical expertise, customer engagement, and product advocacy to drive business outcomes. As a Deployment Officer, you'll work on a global SaaS product trusted by thousands of restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Sapaad's software products and services
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, building trust-based relationships
  • Lead onboarding and deployment activities at customer sites, including hardware setup (POS terminals, printers, KDS, etc.)
  • Conduct training sessions for restaurant staff—cashiers, managers, and F&B managers
  • Provide remote and on-site support, ensuring high availability for your portfolio of customers
  • Communicate with users in clear, friendly, and professional language (verbal and written)

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of experience in software deployment, technical support, or account management in F&B, POS, or SaaS domains
  • Strong knowledge of hardware setup and troubleshooting (POS systems, printers, networks)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and at least one regional Indian language (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, etc.)
  • Ability to train and educate end users across different roles
  • Passion for technology, customer success, and delivering great user experiences
