**Job Title:** Oracle Revenue Management Production Support Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Service Engineer to provide comprehensive production support for revenue recognition processes in Oracle Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure accurate revenue recognition by troubleshooting and maintaining Revenue Contracts, Performance Obligations, and Standalone Selling Price (SSP) calculations.
  2. Resolve issues with Revenue Deferrals, Revenue Allocations, and Adjustments.
  3. Troubleshoot AutoInvoice errors, revenue allocations, and discrepancies in accounting entries.

Receivables & Invoicing Support:

  • Troubleshoot Customer Invoicing, Credit Memos, and Adjustments.
  • Support AutoInvoice for importing transactions from external systems.

Intercompany Process Support:

  • Maintain Intercompany Revenue Recognition and Transfer Pricing Rules.
  • Support Intercompany Invoicing between business units using Oracle Cloud Intercompany.

Accounting & Period Close Support:

  • Reconcile AR Subledger with General Ledger (GL).
  • Support period-end revenue recognition and receivables close processes.

Technical Support:

  • Write and debug SQL queries for revenue contracts, AR transactions, intercompany transactions, and payment applications.
  • Troubleshoot integrations between financial modules.

Compliance, Audit & Reporting:

  • Support tax audits on revenue transactions, intercompany transactions, and customer payments.
  • Assist with SOX Audits, ensuring approvals, controls, and documentation are maintained.

Operational Support:

  • Utilize Oracle Support (MOS - My Oracle Support) for knowledge sharing and issue resolution.
  • Create and manage Service Requests (SRs) for revenue, intercompany, and AR-related issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of ASC 606/IFRS 15 revenue recognition principles.
  • 5+ years' experience with Oracle Cloud Revenue Management, Receivables, and Intercompany modules.
  • Knowledge of AutoInvoice, Payment Processing, and Collections functionality.
