Job Title: Content Developer – Data & AI Specialist

About the Role:

We seek a skilled and experienced content developer with expertise in creating high-quality, informative content on data, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation topics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing compelling narratives that position our organization as a thought leader in the data and AI space.

  • Create diverse content types, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, website content, technical documentation, solution briefs, video scripts, emailers, and more.
  • Translate complex data, AI, and digital concepts into engaging stories tailored for both technical and business audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and validate content for accuracy.
  • Support product marketing, sales enablement, and campaigns with persuasive content assets.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the data, AI, and digital ecosystem to ensure content relevance and thought leadership.
  • Manage editorial calendars and maintain brand tone and consistency across all platforms.
Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in content development, preferably in AI, data science, cloud, or digital transformation domains.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML tools, data platforms, cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP), and digital strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience writing for developer audiences, business stakeholders, and enterprise customers.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple content deliverables with tight deadlines.
  • Experience with collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, Notion, Google Workspace, Jira, Trello).
