IAM Specialist Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive IAM systems, incorporating Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Identity Governance to meet diverse client requirements.
  • Lead strategic IAM assessments, develop roadmaps, and create strategies to ensure compliance with international regulations and business needs.
  • Oversight of IAM platform configurations, deployments, and integrations, including Entra ID, Saviynt, Veza, CyberArk, Okta, and other leading technologies.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers and consultants, promoting skill development and a collaborative team culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve seamless IAM integration and operational excellence.
  • Support pre-sales initiatives through solution architecture engagement and technical presentations.
  • Maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures.
  • Assist in incident response and troubleshooting for IAM systems, driving continuous security operations improvement.

Prerequisites:

  • Minimum 8 years of IAM architecture and implementation experience.
  • Proven leadership capabilities.
  • International client-facing expertise.
  • Strong mentoring skills.
  • PREFERRED certifications - Saviynt Certified IGA Professional, CISSP, SailPoint - Identity Security Engineer Certification, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
