Identity Governance and Administration Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) expert to lead strategic assessments, roadmap development, and strategy planning to ensure compliance with international regulations and business requirements.

  • This role requires a deep understanding of IGA platforms such as Saviynt, Veza, and other leading technologies, focusing on scalable enterprise solutions.

A successful candidate will have strong technical leadership skills, the ability to mentor junior engineers and consultants, and foster a collaborative team culture.

  • The ideal candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams including Information Security, IT Operations, and Application Development to achieve seamless IGA and IAM integration and operational excellence.

In addition, the candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining thorough technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and operational procedures.

  • Assist in incident response and troubleshooting for IGA and IAM systems, driving continuous improvement in security operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience deploying IGA solutions (Saviynt, Veza, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering - Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • Working knowledge of programming languages such as Java and Python is required.
  • Hands-on experience developing API-based connectors for platforms such as Saviynt and Veza to facilitate integration with a variety of target applications is required.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience mentoring junior team members.
  • Strong international client-facing experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Preferred certifications - Saviynt Certified IGA Professional, CISSP, SailPoint - Identity Security Engineer Certification, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
