**IAM/IGA Engineer Role OverviewThis role is focused on leading the implementation of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions to ensure compliance with international regulations and business requirements.
  • Strategic IAM Assessments: Lead assessments to identify organizational risks, opportunities for improvement, and strategic recommendations for effective IGA adoption.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight to junior engineers and consultants to ensure successful project execution.
  • IGA Solution Deployment: Oversee the configuration, deployment, and integration of various IGA platforms, focusing on scalable enterprise solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve seamless IGA and IAM integration and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in deploying IGA solutions, proven leadership abilities, and significant experience working with international clients. They should possess hands-on experience developing API-based connectors for platforms such as Saviynt and Veza.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience deploying IGA solutions (Saviynt, Veza, etc.).
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering - Computer Science, or a related field is required.
  • Working knowledge of programming languages such as Java and Python is required.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring junior team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
