Cross Identity is recognized for delivering: Enterprise-grade identity security tailored for mid-market and large clients Rapid deployment and simplified operations , enabling deployment in days rather than months with minimal team overhead Compliance-ready tooling , such as automated audit trails and access reviews to align with evolving regulations like India's DPDPA The Opportunity We are hiring Senior Sales Managers ( Enterprise Sales (Direct Sales) or Channel Sales) in Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore. To qualify, you must bring a unique mix of experience — with both OEM and Distributor/Reseller — giving you the agility to drive direct enterprise sales and partner-led growth respectively . Represent one of India’s fastest-growing cybersecurity brands. What You’ll Do Enterprise Sales (Direct Sales) Win new enterprise logos and expand existing accounts. Engage with CXOs and decision-makers to position Cross Identity’s IAM solutions. Drive consultative solution sales, managing long and complex deal cycles. Collaborate with marketing on lead-gen campaigns and thought-leadership events. Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility, and market intelligence. Channel Sales (Partner Sales) Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential partners (VARs, SIs, MSSPs). Co-create go-to-market strategies with partners, driving joint revenue. Train, enable, and empower partners to sell and implement IAM solutions. Manage partner performance, governance, and incentive programs. Build trusted advisory relationships with partner CXOs and influencers. What We’re Looking For 6–10 years of experience in Enterprise or Channel Sales. Proven success in cybersecurity or enterprise software sales . Experience working with both OEMs and Distributors/Resellers . Strong grasp of Saa S/Cloud solutions and compliance-driven sales. Exceptional relationship-building, negotiation, communication and presentation skills. A hunter mindset — self-driven, ambitious, and result-oriented. Bonus Points If You Have Experience with IAM or adjacent tech (PAM, MFA, SSO). Familiarity with CRM and partner management tools (Salesforce, Zoho, Hub Spot).
