Job Title:

IAM Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned IAM Architect to join our team. As an IAM specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing sophisticated identity and access management solutions for diverse client environments.

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive IAM strategies to ensure compliance with international regulations and business requirements.
  • Leverage expertise in IAM platforms such as Entra ID, Saviynt, Veza, CyberArk, Okta, and other leading technologies to drive seamless integration and operational excellence.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and consultants, fostering skill development and a collaborative team culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve cohesive IAM implementation and optimize security operations.
  • Support pre-sales initiatives by contributing to solution architecture and delivering technical presentations and proposals.
  • Develop and maintain thorough technical documentation to ensure clarity and understanding of complex IAM systems.
  • Stay current with global best practices, emerging IAM technologies, and regulatory frameworks relevant to the US and EMEA markets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IAM architecture and implementation.
  • Proven leadership skills and international client-facing experience.
  • Strong mentoring skills and preferred certifications - Saviynt Certified IGA Professional, CISSP, SailPoint - Identity Security Engineer Certification, Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate.
