**Your key responsibilities**
- Develop a global IAM strategy, architecture and implementation plans
- Design, implement and manage an IAM enterprise infrastructure supporting critical business systems while ensuring scalability, resiliency and end user experience
- Review and improve automated provisioning, de-provisioning and reconciliation of resources and role-based access control (RBAC) strategies
- Own the identity management policies and processes globally, maintaining applicable compliance in a Financial Technology company across our business segments
- Work across IS and IT teams to deliver IAM best practices for on premise and cloud-based solutions for employees, contractors, vendors and customers
- Lead the architecture and design of identity solutions for the enterprise in a highly complex environment with a blend of legacy and innovation platforms
- Case studies development and articulation, develop high and low-level designs, provide strategy roadmaps
- Introduce business workflows and approvals using integrated system technologies working with IT and business teams
- Have excellent verbal and written skills and be comfortable presenting ideas and issues to different levels within and outside of the organization
- Have a demonstrated track-record for building and leading exceptional teams through collaboration, mentoring, skill training and transition of technologies and processes as technologies and compliance requirements evolve

**Your skills and experience that will help you excel**
- Innovation mindset and strong interpersonal skills to lead a team of experts and ability to provide technical oversight
- Knowledge of Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform are also highly desirable
- Knowledge and experience working on IAM (Identity and Access Management) and PAM (Privileged Access Management)
- Exposure to IAM products like Sail Point, Ping, Microsoft (Azure) AD, CyberArk, IBM IAM
- A high level of risk-intelligence and risk awareness with a balanced approach when assessing risk.
- Pragmatic, highly organized attitude, exceptional time management skills
- Current and in-depth knowledge/understanding of Single Sign On, Multifactor Authentication, Privileged Account Management, password vaulting, role-based access and Just-in-time provisioning
- Stay abreast of new technologies and issues in the data science, including current technologies, platforms, standards, methodologies, privacy expectations, and ethical guidelines
- A professional with 6 years+ of experience with minimum 5 years+ in the field of Information Security Identity and Access Management
- Knowledge in cyber security frameworks: NIST, ISO27001, CISSP or equivalent security-related industry certifications
