**About the Role**

A prominent healthcare technology and revenue cycle management company, is seeking a **Cyber Security Architect** to lead its cybersecurity architecture initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to work with an innovative healthcare enterprise committed to security, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Construct and manage the security architecture of the organization
- Lead and manage security-engineering programs to improve execution, efficiency, and value delivery
- Provide deep technical expertise in Privileged/Identity Access Management (PAM/IAM), Cloud Security (CASB, API Security, DLP), Endpoint Protection, CMDB asset management, and Ransomware Readiness
- Define technical strategy, architectural frameworks, and execution roadmaps for critical security initiatives
- Ensure smooth execution of projects including PEM (Privileged Endpoint Management), CASB (Netskope) implementation, CMDB Asset Management, and Ransomware Readiness
- Oversee Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and solution deployments
- Maintain comprehensive security architecture documentation and establish best practices
- Take ownership of security findings and ensure consistent implementation of controls and practices
- Focus strongly on remediation efforts alongside strategy
- Possess in-depth technical skills across security domains such as Active Directory, Network Security, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, and IAM

**Technical Skills & Experience**
- 10-12 years of experience in cybersecurity roles focusing on data security, IT risk management, and cyber defense
- Experience with healthcare security frameworks and compliance requirements like ISO 27001, NIST, HIPAA, GDPR
- Proven experience designing and deploying security solutions (RFPs, PoCs, vendor selection, detailed solution design)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate security risks to senior management
- Strong analytical skills for resolving complex security challenges

**Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
- Preferred certifications**:CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent**

**Shift Timing**: 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST
