Digital Farming Solutions Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Digital Farming Solutions Specialist.
This position involves providing technical assistance to customers and dealers in adopting and troubleshooting AGCO Digital Farming Solutions. Key areas of focus include:
- Acting as Subject Matter Expert for Digital Farming Products
- Supporting customers and dealers with product adoption and troubleshooting
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve critical issues affecting customers
- Maintaining knowledge management systems to aid specialists in efficient problem-solving
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of global farming practices, agronomy principles, and experience working with project management tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps. Excellent communication skills are essential for success in this role.
This specialist will work closely with teams to drive business outcomes and improve product readiness. Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in complex situations, are vital for this position.
