Job Overview

This is a senior-level opportunity to drive business growth through strategic client relationship development in the structured finance sector.

  • You will work closely with industry professionals to identify opportunities and craft tailored solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end deal execution, including business analysis, structuring, drafting term sheets, and leading negotiations.
  • Collaborate with credit teams to draft detailed credit memos and drive the credit approval process.
  • Coordinate with service and operations teams for seamless execution and disbursement.
  • Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Originate and acquire new client relationships in the structured finance space.
  • Work closely with promoters to identify opportunities and craft solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end deal execution.
  • Collaborate with credit teams to draft detailed credit memos.
  • Coordinate with service and operations teams.
  • Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in origination and acquisition of new client relationships in the structured finance space.
  • Strong understanding of the structured finance sector and ability to identify opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end deal execution.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
