Structured Finance Specialist

This role is a challenging opportunity with a leading organization, focusing on structured finance. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in this field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate and acquire new client relationships in the structured finance space to drive business growth.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities and craft solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end deal execution including market analysis, structuring, drafting term sheets, and leading negotiations.
  • Collaborate with credit teams to draft detailed credit memos and drive the credit approval process.
  • Coordinate with operational teams for seamless execution and disbursement.
  • Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth deal closure.

Candidates should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
