Finance Project Structuring Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Consultant to advise and assist in structuring finance for PPP projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial modeling, project structuring, and bid process management.

  • Develop and analyze financial models for PPP projects in tourism, infrastructure, and urban development sectors.
  • Evaluate and recommend suitable PPP options and project structuring strategies.
  • Support bid process management, including preparation of tender documents and developer selection.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from Central/State Governments, PSUs, and International Financial Institutions.
  • Provide strategic financial advisory services throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial, legal, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and internal teams.

The successful candidate will have an MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or equivalent, with at least 7 years overall experience and 3 years in financial modeling and structuring of PPP projects, particularly in the tourism and infrastructure sectors for government or international agencies.
