Seeking a skilled Finance Consultant with a strong background in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, particularly in tourism and infrastructure sectors. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in financial modeling, project structuring, and bid process management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and analyze financial models for PPP projects in tourism, infrastructure, and urban development sectors.
  • Evaluate and recommend suitable PPP options and project structuring strategies.
  • Support bid process management, including preparation of tender documents and developer selection.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from Central/State Governments, PSUs, and International Financial Institutions.
  • Provide strategic financial advisory services throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial, legal, and regulatory frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Finance or equivalent.
  • Minimum experience: 7 years overall, with at least 3 years in financial modeling and structuring of PPP projects.
