As a Process Expert, you will play a vital role in empowering our customers with state-of-the-art Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) services.
You will be responsible for checking TAX and internal requirements, incl. subsequent clarification of discrepancies, supporting monthly/quarterly/yearly closing activities, creating supporting documentation for regular AP reporting, processing dunning letters and ad-hoc requests based on SAP outputs, and daily communication with internal colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate must possess self-motivation, a flexible approach, and commercial acuity. You should also have proficient communication skills, both verbal and written, along with interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and balance workload.
- 2-4 years of P2P experience or Finance & accounting preferably in Invoice processing and payments.
