**Export Shipping Manager Position Summary**

This role involves overseeing the implementation of a comprehensive export shipping strategy. The goal is to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to customers across geographical regions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and execute end-to-end export shipment plans for ocean FCL and air modes.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of export shipments, including container planning, booking, trailer placement, stuffing plans, export documentation, RFID sealing, customs clearance, and container inward at ports without DND charges.
  • Collaborate closely with shipping lines and CHA's to ensure accurate and compliant shipping documentation for export shipments.
  • Monitor shipment milestones and proactively address delays or issues.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal stakeholders to optimize routing and cost efficiency.
  • **Collaboration and Communication:**
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align on shipping timelines and documentation requirements.
  • Prepare and submit MIS/DSR reports as per fixed schedules.
  • **Team Support and Process Improvement:**
  • Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI.

**Education and Experience:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a related field.
  • SCM background with a deep understanding of international supply chains.
  • Minimum 9 years of work experience from operational roles in logistics industries.
