Job Summary

We are seeking a Financial Operations Manager to lead our team of operations managers and analysts.

This is a critical role in ensuring the seamless execution of operational tasks and driving business growth through process efficiency improvements.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to enhance operational performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring direct reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of operations managers and analysts to ensure efficient execution of operational tasks.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive business growth and improve process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new operational infrastructure.
  • Perform specific duties such as accurate financial reporting, sourcing of proprietary fund vendors, and ensuring operational due diligence of external investment managers.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and risk control development, and implement changes to enhance overall performance.
  • Lead the team to achieve objectives, manage allocation of people and financial resources, and mentor and guide talent development of direct reports.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of Securities Operations experience or equivalent experience demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a Securities Operations environment.
