About the Role
We are seeking a high-caliber individual with strong analytical skills and excellent leadership abilities to manage a team of Portfolio Administrators. The successful candidate will work closely with State Street teams globally to deliver premier investment management services to our clients.

### Job Description###
This is a senior-level position within Middle Office Services, responsible for overseeing daily processes and controls. You will be expected to take a hands-on approach, stepping in to cover tasks when needed and ensuring timely delivery of services to both internal and external clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing global operating processes and procedures, driving efficiency improvements through effective challenge and recommendations, and maintaining effective working relationships with team members.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years' experience in investment operations.
  • Understanding of Middle Office operations, including Portfolio Accounting and Trade Lifecycle Management.
  • Product experience desirable: Developed and Emerging Market government bonds, convertibles, and corporates.
