Job Overview:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Manager to lead our treasury operations. This role demands exceptional leadership skills and experience in managing treasury teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all treasury operational deliveries, including cash projections, cash flows, payments, wires, investments, and other activities as per service level agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence:
    • Manage treasury operations ensuring seamless execution of cash flows, payments, and investments.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and SLAs.
  • Leadership:
    • Lead a high-performing team, driving results through effective communication, coaching, and development.
    • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and project-related documents.
  • Client Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly.
  • Business Continuity:
    • Develop and execute business continuity plans to mitigate risks and ensure minimal disruption to operations.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • MBA (Finance) with relevant treasury experience in payment processing in banking.
  • Relevant experience in reputable captive or outsourcing treasury/banking operations.
  • Treasury operations in reputable corporate/captive/business process setups in the BFSI industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with clients.
  • Treasury/finance/forex knowledge is required.
  • Banking platform knowledge (Wall-street, Quantum), MS Office knowledge, MS Excel skills, and Workday expertise.
  • Mandatory team management skills.

Working Hours:

Candidates must be willing to work in US shift timings and observe Indian holidays.

Travel Requirements:

Candidates need to have valid passports for raising bank accesses.
