Job Title: Senior Data Scientist

Overview:

Logiciel.io is a fast-growing AI solutions partner helping mid-market companies transform operations through agentic AI and outsourced software innovation.

We seek an innovative Generative AI Engineer to lead the development of a voice-enabled multi-agent orchestration system that interacts with graph databases as a knowledge base to deliver high-quality, meaningful results. Key qualifications include hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Large Language Models (LLMs), and a strong understanding of multi-agent architectures and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop various products/applications using Generative AI models producing original content across industries like Home Improvement, Real Estate, and Construction.
  • Utilize frameworks like Lang Chain, Llama index, Semantic Kernel.
  • Work on concepts like RAG & Model Tuning.
  • 5+ years of experience developing/deploying end-to-end AI/ML solutions in AWS production environment.
  • DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code for seamless deployment and management of AI models.
  • Proficiency in Python, data handling, preprocessing, model architecture design.
  • Strong understanding of statistics, research skills applying mathematical concepts to complex problems.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of NLP techniques for text processing/analysis.
  • Excellent communication/collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Proven track record delivering high-quality solutions within defined timelines.

Good To Have Skills:

  • Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning.
  • Data visualization interpretation aids communicating insights from generative AI models.
  • Transfer learning techniques accelerate model development/performance.
  • Awareness of regulatory requirements, ethical considerations, and privacy concerns.
  • Deeper expertise in GAN architectures/enhances proficiency in generative AI models.
  • Familiarity with additional generative AI libraries/frameworks.

Key Responsibilities Areas:

  1. Build applications/products using Generative AI models generating original content across domains.
  2. Develop/deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions in AWS production environment focusing on generative AI models.
  3. Utilize NLP techniques for text representation, semantic extraction, information retrieval, entity resolution, etc.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams gathering requirements/designing/solving technical issues.
  5. Conduct research on latest advancements in AI/ML, Large Language Models, and Generative AI.
  6. Work with stakeholders understanding needs translating them into technical requirements.
  7. Evaluate scalability/reliability/performance of deployed AI/ML solutions on AWS cloud servers.
