Senior Project Manager Role

This role involves leading and managing large-scale IT services projects, ensuring adherence to project goals, timelines, and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, resource allocation strategies, and risk mitigation tactics.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and clients to communicate project status and manage expectations.
  • Implement project governance frameworks and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects and prioritize tasks to meet strategic objectives.
  • Mentor and guide project managers and team members to foster professional growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience managing IT services projects, preferably in a senior or leadership capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and PMP.
  • Experience managing large, complex, and multi-location projects.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA, MS Project, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
