Job Title: Lead Product

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Product Lead to oversee the development and implementation of our Debit Card product suite. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in product management, with expertise in consumer-facing products and payments.

The Lead Product will be responsible for defining product strategy, building partnerships, and managing cross-functional teams to drive business growth. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs, identify market opportunities, and develop innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with merchants, card networks, fintechs, and other industry partners to enhance the Debit Card product suite.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and maximize revenue.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data to inform product decisions, optimize performance, and drive business growth.
  • Communication: Articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to various audiences.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Experience: 7-15 years of experience in product management, preferably in payments or consumer banking.

Education: Full-time Master's degree from a Tier 1 B-School, majoring in finance, marketing, management, or business administration.

Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, and a keen eye for numbers.

Bonus Points: Experience with SQL, databases, and MS Office, as well as knowledge of statistical techniques for experimentation and analysis.
