Job Description

This role is responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives in manufacturing operations across key regions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and digital solutions, as well as hands-on experience deploying industrial digitization programs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the strategic IT partner to business units, ensuring technology initiatives align with business priorities and goals.
  • Leading the deployment, stabilization, and adoption of digital manufacturing solutions.
  • Driving end-to-end implementation of shop floor solutions in line with annual operating plans and sector transformation strategies.
  • Ensuring digital solutions are integrated with business processes and operations to deliver measurable value and efficiency.
  • Overseeing project delivery by tracking progress, anticipating risks, and driving timely resolution of roadblocks.
  • Managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder engagement for digital manufacturing programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred, along with 10-12 years of relevant IT experience. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills are essential, with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
