SAP PP/PP-PI/QM Specialist Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure S/4 HANA Manufacturing Master data for optimal production planning.
  • Develop expertise in global SAP deployments, ensuring compliance with best practices.
  • Provide process knowledge in Production Planning (MRP), including experience in Make to Stock, Make to Order, Configure to Order, Repetitive, Kanban, Batch management processes.
  • Incorporate PP integration experience with logistics components (MM/QM/SD/PM/FICO) for seamless operations.
  • Drive knowledge and experience on S/4 HANA Manufacturing E2E processes, ensuring end-to-end efficiency.
  • Collaborate with industry experts to develop advanced variant configuration, ePPDS planning & scheduling topics for industries.
  • Maintain expertise in MES integrations (like Digital Manufacturing Cloud, Manufacturing Execution systems) with S/4 HANA.
  • Demonstrate business & Mapping flow experience for E2E Discrete & Process industry manufacturing processes.
  • Integrate LoB topics in Supply Chain - IBP, EAM, and PLM integrations to S/4 HANA Manufacturing.
  • Setup QM master data and configuration, including inspection methods, Quality Agreements, QIR, MICs and inspection plans.
  • Ensure QM integration experience with logistics components (MM/PP/SD/PM) for efficient quality management.
  • Manage QM workflow knowledge – Sample management, Quality certificates, Quality notifications and Quality control.
  • Continuously improve processes through hands-on experience on Audit management, Stability study, FMEA and control plans.

  • Strong background in SAP manufacturing and quality management.
  • Experience in global SAP deployments.
