As a Community Builder, you will be responsible for fostering strong connections with our diverse user base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day communication with users, providing exceptional support and guidance.
  • Develop strategies to increase daily active users on our platform by leveraging user-generated content and community engagement.
  • Work closely with the product team to launch and optimize new features focused on user retention and growth.
  • Identify and nurture micro-influencers within our ecosystem to drive engagement and loyalty.
  • Stay up to date with emerging social media trends and best practices, utilizing this knowledge to enhance our platform.
  • Foster positive and interactive environments across various speaking communities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, campaign, or community management in Punjabi/Gujarati and Marathi speaking audiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships.
  • Strong understanding of Punjabi/Gujarati and Marathi culture and language, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Ability to work with language-specific content/creators, with an understanding of regional and global content trends.
  • Familiarity with app-based user engagement metrics and tools, as well as the ability to analyze data to drive decision-making.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

The team operates six days a week, with every 1st and 3rd Saturday working.
