UI UX Designer Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences across various products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on diverse projects, from research and ideation to high-fidelity design and prototyping.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, business goals, and technical constraints, ensuring user-centric solutions.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to clearly communicate design concepts.
  • Create and maintain design systems and reusable components to ensure consistency across projects.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing, gathering insights to refine and improve designs.
  • Ensure all designs are visually appealing, functional, and aligned with client requirements.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure smooth handoff and accurate implementation of designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4 to 5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
  • Experience in building and maintaining design systems.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams and clients.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating your design process and impact on real-world projects.
