Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team and contribute to the creation of innovative web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences, utilizing techniques such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
  • Create wireframes and prototypes to design user interfaces that meet business requirements and user expectations.
  • Develop interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch, ensuring seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
  • Gather user feedback and use it to iterate on designs, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent UI design skills.
  • Strong proficiency with design and prototyping tools, including expertise in user research, wireframing, and prototyping.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A strong understanding of design principles, human-centered design, and user experience strategies.
  • Experience in creating or working with Design Systems, with a focus on consistency and scalability.
