Job Opportunity: Contract Administration

This is a great opportunity to work as a contract administrator and take on a variety of responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with contract lifecycle management tools, strong personal computing skills, and knowledge of legal operations processes.

  • The role involves working closely with the legal operations team to manage contracts, negotiate terms, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring and assisting with managing attorney assignments, managing smart import of documents, and escalating sales queries.
  • In addition, the role requires providing advice to the legal operations manager and contracts analyst on process improvements, reporting, and knowledge management.
About the Role

We are looking for an experienced contract administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience with a contract lifecycle management tool, functional knowledge of contract lifecycle management processes, and strong personal computing skills.

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Managing contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Monitoring and assisting with managing attorney assignments
  • Managing smart import of documents
  • Escalating sales queries
  • Providing advice on process improvements, reporting, and knowledge management

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract administration processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; preference given to those with degrees in business, law, or related fields
  • Minimum of 2 years experience with a contract lifecycle management tool
  • Functional knowledge of contract lifecycle management processes
  • Strong personal computing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, DocuSign, Box, Salesforce, Slack, and other legal department software systems
