Contract Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Contract Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, from negotiation and execution to administration and termination.

- Oversee the development and implementation of contract strategies that align with business objectives
- Conduct thorough analysis of contractual obligations and negotiate agreements with clients and stakeholders
- Manage contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Identify opportunities to improve contract terms and conditions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement contract-related initiatives

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Law or Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10-20 years of experience in contract management, with a proven track record of success
- Strong knowledge of contract law, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
