Senior Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in crafting innovative, environmentally sustainable homes.

As a visionary architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing custom-designed homes that blend seamlessly into the surrounding landscape.

Our team is passionate about creating experiences that touch the senses and evoke emotions, while maintaining a commitment to quality and excellence.

  • 7-13 years of relevant work experience in architectural design.
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B. Arch I M. Arch.) from a recognized University.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Proficiency in BIM (Revit) and ability to take a project from concept to completion.
  2. Possess strong architectural understanding for all project stages including concept design, design development, and construction stages.
  3. Demonstrate ability to plan and prioritize assigned tasks, create smaller goals aligned with larger organization-level goals, and be adaptable to organizational vision and core values.
  4. Collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams to resolve complex technical issues and ensure design compliance.
  5. Lead coordination with consultants, contractors, clients, and stakeholders towards successful design delivery.
  6. Have a good understanding of Approval Cycle in India, building regulations, and codes, Zoning norms, and lead Approval Drawings stage for the team.
Essential Skills:
  • Presentation skills through various mediums, including hand drawings and sketches.
  • Strong design flair, analytical skills, and research-oriented method of working.
  • Detailing skills, proficiency in design and presentation software, MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
