As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the entire Quote-to-Cash process. This involves providing expert guidance and support to global accounting and billing teams, ensuring seamless connectivity between systems, and driving automation and innovation in billing and revenue processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and optimize the Quote-to-Cash landscape.
- Lead system integration efforts, ensuring seamless connectivity between upstream and downstream systems.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability in billing and revenue processes.
- Manage product and pricing configurations, ensuring accurate data creation and maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue management, including experience with Zuora subscriptions, billing, and revenue processes. They will also have proven skills in integrating systems, developing automation solutions, and managing complex technical projects.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Technology or an MBA, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in revenue management and at least 3 implementation experiences in the Zuora Quote-to-Cash cycle. Proficiency in the Zuora platform, including objects, custom events, and workflows, is also required.
