Job Title: Digital Experience Lead

The role of a Digital Experience Lead is to oversee the upkeep, strategy, and execution of a brand's online presence.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Shopify, or Magento, and a keen eye for design detail.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the responsibilities and timely execution of web projects
  • Liaise with design and development teams for tasks and projects
  • Be proactive in pitching improvements to the online presence
  • Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the client's website
  • Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues
  • Identify and respond to all website security breaches
  • Ensure that the website is protected by enabling appropriate security measures
  • Conduct content audits to eliminate redundant and/or duplicate information
  • Plan communication aligned with the brand's strategy
  • Ensure website quality and efficiency by conducting regular test plans
  • Plan to improve the user experience of the website regularly
  • Collaborate with teams and management to ensure the website aligns with brand strategy
  • Prepare and present strategies to grow website metrics important to the brand
  • Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and monitor competitor websites
  • Plan, strategize, and track promotional campaigns
  • Analyse, Strategise, plan, and prepare monthly website performance reports and present to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain a tracker of all updates on the website
  • Ensure client satisfaction and smooth communication. Spearhead all website maintenance related conversations with the client
