Job Title: UI/UX Designer

We are seeking an experienced and skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team. Our goal is to create digital experiences that resonate with users while keeping design minimal and purposeful.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing user experiences and visual identities, working closely with product managers to translate ideas into seamless digital interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design the end-to-end user experience and visual identity of our website, from wireframing to high-fidelity mockups.
  • Create and maintain a clean, modern, and minimalistic design system that reflects our brand identity.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate designs based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
  • Optimize web interfaces for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing minimalistic website designs with a focus on usability and simplicity.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
  • Experience with user research methods, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
