The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of webinars to engage audiences, promote products, and support lead generation.

Key responsibilities include developing a comprehensive webinar plan that aligns with marketing objectives, identifying target audiences, and creating relevant topics.

Collaboration with internal teams is essential to secure subject matter experts and ensure high-quality content. The webinar lifecycle includes scheduling, promotion, registration, live delivery, and post-event follow-ups.

Technical aspects of webinars are also managed by the specialist, including platform setup, audiovisual coordination, and troubleshooting.

A seamless delivery experience is ensured through rehearsals with presenters. Performance metrics are analyzed to provide actionable insights for improvement.

Experience in webinar management, virtual events, or digital marketing is necessary. Strong organizational and project management skills are required.

Familiarity with webinar platforms and marketing automation tools is beneficial. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Data-driven decision making and analyzing performance metrics are critical. Creative thinking with a passion for delivering engaging virtual experiences is desired.
