About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Interior Designer to lead our design team in developing innovative, functional, and high-quality interior solutions. As a Senior Interior Designer, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end design process, collaborating with project managers and vendors, and communicating design intent clearly to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative, functional, and high-quality interior solutions as part of a dynamic design team.
  • Manage the design process from concept development to final execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, site engineers, and vendors to achieve seamless project execution.
  • Communicate design intent effectively to clients through clear presentations and concise documentation.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies to drive innovation and excellence.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers to foster a culture of growth, learning, and professional development within the organization.
  • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in interior design, with at least 2+ years in a leadership/managerial role.
  • Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
  • A proven portfolio showcasing executed residential and/or commercial interior projects.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects.
