Project Lead

We are seeking a skilled Project Lead to oversee project lifecycle from initiation to execution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for taking complete ownership and responsibility for projects.

  • Coordinate with manpower agencies to assign the right resources for timely work completion.
  • Facilitate communication and foster teamwork among all project stakeholders.
  • Establish formal reporting arrangements on project progress, including weekly progress reports.

Key skills and expertise:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Architecture or relevant field from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in executing Corporate/Residential interior fitout projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to break down complex ideas and convey efficiently.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel/GSheets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills to engage effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, a no-compromise attitude towards quality, and excellent problem-solving skills.
