Project Director

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and identify new market opportunities
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting
  • Oversee bids and contracts, negotiating with clients and subcontractors as needed

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in senior management or leadership roles in the civil construction industry
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
