Civil Engineer Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our team working on luxury villa developments.

  • Prepare comprehensive Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates for civil works.
  • Support billing processes, including measurement verification, contractor billing, and reconciliation.
  • Collaborate with site teams for timely and accurate work progress reports.
  • Analyze and interpret AutoCAD drawings and convert them into quantifiable estimates.
  • Create basic 3D visuals using Google SketchUp for presentation or estimation support.
  • Monitor material usage and assist in project budgeting and cost control.
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintain records for audit and project closure.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 0-2 years of experience in construction projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and BOQ preparation.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of construction processes and materials.
  • Willingness to work on-site and coordinate with multiple teams.
  • Effective communication and reporting skills.
