Project Planning Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating construction projects from start to finish. Your expertise in project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management will ensure timely completion of projects within set timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution of project milestones
- Lead and manage the planning aspects of villa construction, including civil, MEP, and finishing works
- Review project progress, highlight critical issues, and initiate corrective actions
- Develop detailed weekly and monthly plans and align them with overall master schedule
- Generate MIS reports, progress reports, delay analysis, and recovery schedules
- Ensure alignment with PMC protocols, quality standards, and safety compliance
- Work closely with clients, project managers, and contractors to achieve project goals

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 9 years of experience in planning in construction
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
