Project Transformation Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead a comprehensive project transformation initiative.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in safety culture transformation, with a minimum of 5 years of consulting experience and over 20 years of overall experience.

This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and engagement skills, as well as the ability to foster a strong safety culture among project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage client top management to resolve issues and implement safety effectively.
  • Manage change and establish clear communication plans.
  • Communicate frequently with stakeholders through physical or digital channels.
  • Provide regular reporting on project status, budget, capacity plan, and key parameters.
  • Promote best safety practices during project implementation.
  • Communicate challenges and support needs to clients in a timely manner.
  • Review program effectiveness and make necessary corrections.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide feedback to management.
  • Organize learning platforms and deploy lessons learned.
  • Manage construction safety and operational management at sites.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their safety expectations and integrate them into the project safety management system.
  • Foster a culture of safety consciousness among all project stakeholders.
  • Organize committee meetings to discuss safety performance, challenges, and strategic decisions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in working on safety culture transformation projects.
  • Minimum 5 years of consulting exposure.
  • Overall experience greater than 20 years.
  • Preferably expats from the UK, Europe, Australia, and the Middle East.
  • Age range of 45-55 years.
  • Initial contract duration of 2 years with a possibility of extension.
