Digital Advertising Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to drive the adoption of our product solutions among brands and advertising agencies. The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric approach, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of digital advertising.
The successful candidate will be responsible for educating, enabling, and supporting customers on our product solutions, highlighting their key features and benefits. They will also develop product education resources, such as help pages and playbooks, to facilitate customer adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute plans to drive product adoption among external customers and internal stakeholders.
- Create and deliver training sessions, including webinars and one-on-one training, to educate customers on our product solutions.
- Design and produce product education resources, such as help pages, playbooks, and FAQs, to support customer adoption.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key brand and agency accounts, providing dedicated support and guidance on using our products.
- Analyze customer usage trends and provide feedback to internal teams on areas for product improvement.
