
Digital Advertising Strategist

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to support our client, a US-based social media platform. As an Account Strategist, you will be responsible for assisting Client Account Managers in designated verticals and regions to meet clients' advertising objectives and grow revenue through performance-driven and awareness-driven campaigns.
- This role involves managing and delegating work appropriately and focusing on strategic activities that directly support Client Account Managers in driving revenue.
- Assist with pre-launch tasks, including communicating asset requirements, IO generation, Deal Desk approvals, and other related activities.
- Liaise with the AdOps team to collect assets.
- Build campaigns and provide proof of concept via client-ready launch reports and/or screenshot decks.
- Monitor campaign pacing on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Provide regular Pacing and Performance updates to Client Account Managers and clients over email and Slack.
- Proactively make recommendations to hit the pacing and/or performance goals of the client's advertisers.
- Perform hands-on daily/weekly campaign optimization.
- Pull and analyze data to compile compelling and actionable insights that move the advertisers' business forward.
- Create polished, advertiser-ready wrap reports and QBRs.
- Support clients directly via Zoom, Email, and/or Slack communications.
- Provide out-of-office coverage for Client Account Managers.
- Lead weekly or bi-weekly client calls and capture follow-ups.
- Assist advertisers with troubleshooting (pixel placement, Ads Platform training, bugs).
- Recognize and represent Client Account Manager and advertiser needs to management and cross-functional teams.
- Identify areas of improvement and continued career development.
- Direct Sales or Account Management experience, especially in an upselling environment.
- A strong understanding of performance and brand advertising metrics (CPM, SOV, CPA, Conversion Lift, Brand Lift, Reach Frequency).
- Expert skills with Excel and/or Google Sheets and delivering actionable insights.
- Experience with Insights platforms like ComScore and Brand Watch.
- Experience creating reports and dashboards with multiple sources of data.
- An understanding of digital measurement solutions.
- The ability to cultivate strong relationships with Sales partners.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills QA Mindset and High attention to detail.
- 2+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing.
- Setting up campaigns from scratch.
- Understanding the performance of campaigns.
- Hands-on experience working on reports and Screenshots.
- Experience using MS OFFICE Tools.
- Optimizations.
