The ideal candidate has:

  • At least 6 years of experience in backend development with modern programming languages
  • Scaled systems expertise, with a proven track record of handling high-pressure situations without compromise
  • Cloud expertise in AWS, OCI, Kubernetes, or Docker
  • Distributed systems experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ
  • Strong English communication skills for collaboration with our global team
