This position is seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Java Developer to join our development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance, secure backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.Job Requirements
  • 7-10 years of strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and REST API development.
  • Proficiency with Oracle DB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, including complex queries and database performance optimization.
  • Deep understanding of backend architecture, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Docker, Jenkins, and modern CI/CD pipelines; Kubernetes experience is a plus.

Additional requirements include a Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering (Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related), strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to write technical documentation and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentoring junior developers, delegating tasks, and assisting in managing timelines, technical blockers, and quality deliverables.
  • Documenting and maintaining detailed technical specifications including system architecture, design decisions, API contracts, and technical how-to's.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with frontend, DevOps, QA, UI/UX, and product teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.
