Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Python expert with 3+ years of hands-on development experience to lead our backend application development. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Python and related frameworks, with the ability to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications.

Responsibilities include developing, enhancing, and maintaining backend applications using Python; designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices with FastAPI; working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and ClickHouse; building and optimizing Big Data pipelines for high-performance applications; writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices; optimizing performance and troubleshooting application issues; participating in code reviews and mentoring junior developers if needed; collaborating with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and QA teams; implementing automated tests, unit testing, and ensuring code quality; contributing to architectural discussions and solution design; and staying updated with emerging technologies and proposing technical improvements.

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain backend applications using Python.
  • Design and build RESTful APIs and microservices with FastAPI.
  • Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and ClickHouse.
  • Build and optimize Big Data pipelines for high-performance applications.

  • Optimize performance and troubleshoot application issues.
  • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers if needed.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and QA teams.

  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose technical improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in Python development.
  • Proficiency in FastAPI framework.
  • Strong experience with RESTful API development.
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles.
  • Strong experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM tools.
  • Hands-on experience with ClickHouse for analytics and large-scale data processing.
  • Familiarity with Big Data concepts, pipelines, and optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
  • Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
  • Familiarity with unit testing frameworks like Pytest or unittest.
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Good problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
